Send Your Engineering Requirement.
Start an engineering discussion, not a purchase transaction. Send whatever you have — a drawing, a photo, the story of the part that keeps failing — and we respond with an assessment, not just a price.
Four Ways to Reach an Engineer.
Describe the Problem.
Attach What You Have.
What helps our engineers respond well
- The machine and the application the part lives in
- A photo or drawing — even a hand sketch
- Critical dimensions, if you know them
- Material or hardness, if known
- Quantity — one-off rescue or recurring supply
Every enquiry is read by an engineer. Happy to discuss confidentiality requirements before you share drawings or samples.
What Happens Next.
Engineering Review
An engineer reads your requirement — machine, application, failure mode — before anyone talks price.
Technical Assessment / Quotation
You receive our engineering view: approach, material, validation plan — with a quotation.
Engineering Discussion
We agree the approach together. Then: Reverse Engineer → Manufacture → Validate → Deliver.
Response effort scales with the problem — a complex component may need a technical conversation before a quotation makes sense.

Bringing a sample part? Call ahead so the right engineer is on the floor when you arrive.
Three Practical Questions.
What should I send to get a useful response?
Whatever you have: a photo, a drawing, a hand sketch, a damaged sample or a specification. The machine, application, material and quantity all help — but none are mandatory to start.
Do you sign NDAs?
We're happy to discuss confidentiality requirements before you share drawings or samples — tell us what your organisation needs and we'll work with it.
How do repeat orders work?
Once a component is engineered, its CAD, drawings and inspection data are retained as a digital engineering record — so a repeat order is manufactured to the same validated specification, from one call.
The Difficult Part Is Usually the Start
of a Good Partnership.
Send the part everyone else declined. We'll tell you what we see.
